Letter to Classmate re: 80^th Birthday Party

Hi to all 1962 GHS Classmates,

It’s been a long time since we have connected, but your committee has not been asleep at the wheel, we are working on another get together” A 80^th Birthday Party”!  While reunions are fun, we think having a casual birthday party (as in the past) is long overdue.  There would be very little fanfare with this type of celebration, just relaxing and enjoying being with old friends.

With that in mind, this is what we need to do first, get a general idea who may be interested and able to attend. 

We have decided sometime in September would be best as most travel/vacations are over.  The actual time would be from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm.  The place has not yet been determined.  We are trying to get the best benefit for the cost and we need an approximate head count.
